Off to work day 1

Today starts the first day of work on the house for our team. Yesterday we had a great introduction from our coordinators to Paraguay, Habitat and the work we will be performing. Then after a quick stop at the mall for cocido (mate tea), alfajores (cookies) and chipawasu (ham and cheese baked into a pie crust) we had a fabulous dinner in the courtyard of the Habitat office. The majority if the 40 employees of Habitat Paraguay were in attendance. (Pictures to follow). Now we are off to the worksite.
